Did my 3rd crossfit class today and it so much fun :) I can’t wait to do more and get better and better.
Today we practiced
Press - Push press - Push jerk complex
The highest weight I took on that one was 25 (+ bar 45)!
The the WOD was 3 rounds of:
25 walking lunges
I completed those without any weights in 7:45.
Had a hard time doing situps all the way but I did some leglifts instead.
Really excited to get this going and start my whole30 soon :D Yaay!
